*Always Towards Better Thing

President's talk

Dear,

Colleagues – friends - we find ourselves in an unusually complex and difficult health care environment. Just look at the battles we are fighting everyday . Ethical challenges, clinical challenges, protecting our profession, and assuring quality care for patients. If these were not enough, it has been made even more difficult by the ever increasing violence against doctors in their workplaces.

It is in times like these that our fellow physicians and our patients need our leadership more than ever. We need strong physician organizations at every level: National and state and local medical societies. It takes collaboration and cooperation between our organizations and our encouragement of one another to address these challenges. We must function as a team comprised of our professional organizations and our physician and allied members.

In Meta we aim to address the inequities in medical services existent in our community through strong ethical principles and our commitment to the core issues of Doctor – Patient relationship. We desire to set up a strong academic environment where younger generation of doctors can fulfill their thirst of knowledge and research. And as in every aspect of medical science none of this will be possible without the support of our learned colleagues and the community in which we work.

Looking forward to the glorious future years.

Long Live Meta
